The intent of this web site is to provide Higher Education administrators with the information and resources that they need in order to do the following:

Recognize which student populations are most at risk for lacking the technology skills needed to succeed in college

Understand the implications of technology-illiteracy

Identify the technology skill-sets incoming college students require in order to have technology literacy

Develop programming that will allow colleges to assist students in gaining the technology skills they need in order to succeed
